In order to deactivate your old Facebook accounts that you had long lost access to,
Go to the Facebook profile you want to deactivate
Report/Block > Recover or close this account > Close this account

Then, Facebook will review and deactivate the account after they confirmed that those were your accounts.

Sorry！If you don't know your emails and passwords for your 2 facebook accounts, you will can't deactivate your accounts.
There is steps to deactivate your facebook account as follows:
Facebook 101: Deactivating Your Facebook Account

To deactivate your account:
Click the drop-down arrow on the Toolbar, then select Settings.
The settings page will appear. Select Security, then locate and select Deactivate your account.

Select a reason for deactivating the account. If you wish, you can add more details in the text box below.

Check the Email opt out box if you do not wish to receive emails from Facebook. By opting out, you will no longer receive any email notifications from Facebook.

Click Confirm.
Enter your password, then click Deactivate Now.

Your account is now deactivated. You'll have the option to reactivate your account at any time by signing in to Facebook with your old account information.
